About the Role
Mascot E Services, a reputable recruitment firm with over 18 years of experience, is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to fill the position of Record to Report (R2R) Manager in Bangalore. This is a full-time, onsite role with a salary of up to 28 LPA. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the entire Record to Report (R2R) process.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage general ledger functions, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Supervise bank reconciliations, accruals, and month-end closing procedures.
- Handle balance sheet reconciliations and depreciation accounting.
- Manage intercompany reconciliations and fixed asset accounting.
Requirements
- Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the Record to Report (R2R) function.
- Proficiency in financial accounting principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of general ledger, bank reconciliation, accruals, and month-end reporting.
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliation, depreciation accounting, intercompany reconciliation, journal entries, and fixed asset accounting.
Work Schedule and Location
This position is based in Bangalore and requires the candidate to work from the office. The working hours are from 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
