- Present seasonal buys, important product investments, and performance updates to leadership, then apply feedback to future assortment plans.
- Create and manage seasonal buy plans by brand, category, and channel to maintain a balanced and premium product selection.
- Maintain the eCommerce on-order master file and handle order creation, edits, cancellations, and extensions with precision and accountability.
- Review sales, sell-through, and inventory data to guide in-season decisions such as reorders, cancellations, and markdowns.
- Take ownership of category financial performance, including sales, margin, and inventory turnover, while partnering with Planning to manage OTB and stay within company targets.

- Manage seasonal collection buys and market appointments, including pre-market preparation and assortment building.
- Lead vendor strategy and negotiations around pricing, delivery, and exclusivity while continuously improving the brand mix.
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Retail, and eCommerce teams to ensure on-time delivery, accurate order tracking, and smooth product launches.
- Monitor product movement from order placement through delivery, including warehouse receipts and final samples needed for photoshoots and launch readiness.
- Partner with Creative, Styling, and Merchandising teams on shoot requirements, product storytelling, and launch schedules.
- Manage inventory transfers between retail and eCommerce to improve sell-through and reduce aged stock.
- Oversee pre-order planning and execution so availability matches demand.
- Keep sample management organized, accessible, and efficient for shoots and internal use.
- Develop strong relationships with brand partners and vendors and serve as the main contact for order management and performance reviews.
- Support and mentor junior team members by setting best practices and strengthening execution across the team.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to influence stakeholders across functions.
- High attention to detail, along with strong ownership and accountability.
- Team-oriented approach with experience working alongside Merchandising, Planning, Production, and Creative groups.
- Must be able to work from the New York City office 4 days per week, with 1 day remote.
