About the Role
St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, a beacon of modern luxury, is seeking a dedicated Butler to embody our heritage of exceptional service. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in delivering bespoke experiences and personalized attention to guests, from pre-arrival to departure. This role is central to our iconic Butler program, serving as the primary ambassador of luxury and ensuring every guest interaction is seamless and memorable. You will collaborate with various hotel departments to anticipate and fulfill guest needs, fostering strong guest relationships and upholding the St. Regis legacy of uncompromising standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide bespoke guest experiences and personalized services throughout the guest's stay.
- Manage guest needs from pre-arrival, check-in, during the stay, and upon departure.
- Coordinate with Butler Valets and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and act upon them to exceed expectations.
- Build strong rapport and lasting relationships with guests.
- Uphold the St. Regis brand standards of luxury and personalized service.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming work environment in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain professional appearance, uniform, and communication standards.
- Physically perform job duties, including standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of related work experience in a guest service or hospitality role.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and move for extended periods.
- Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Impeccable interpersonal skills and a passion for service.
- Uncompromising commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Eligibility
This position is open to individuals with a passion for service and a commitment to luxury hospitality standards. While no supervisory experience is required, a minimum of 6 months of related work experience is necessary. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to anticipate guest needs. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
