Job description

Role Overview

This front office role is focused on creating a stay that feels polished, personal, and memorable. Rather than handling only arrival and departure formalities, the Guest Experience Expert supports guests throughout their visit by anticipating needs, handling requests, coordinating operational tasks, preparing reports, and sharing helpful information about the local area. The aim is to make every interaction feel seamless and part of the overall guest experience.

Key Duties

  • Welcome guests and support smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Assist with a broad range of guest needs across the full stay.
  • Take initiative to resolve operational matters and service requests.
  • Prepare and complete reports as required.
  • Provide recommendations and highlights about the surrounding area.
  • Keep service interactions efficient, warm, and consistent with brand standards.

Work Standards and Physical Requirements

Success in this role also depends on maintaining a safe and professional workplace, following company procedures, preserving confidentiality, protecting company property, and meeting quality expectations. A polished appearance and professional communication are essential. The role involves being on your feet for long periods and requires a hands-on approach, including standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 10 pounds without help.
