Busser/Food Runner

Tommy Bahama is looking for a Busser/Food Runner to join its Wailea, Hawaii restaurant team. In this position, you’ll help create a relaxed, welcoming guest experience while supporting the front-of-house and kitchen teams. Key Duties

• Help deliver the brand’s island-style hospitality by making guests feel comfortable and welcome
• Maintain strong knowledge of the food and beverage menus
• Understand and follow hospitality standards, including proper table maintenance
• Work collaboratively with the team to support sales and service goals
• Contribute to a clean, safe, polished, and energetic restaurant environment

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift or move items weighing up to about 50 pounds on a frequent basis
• Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling
• Ability to remain standing throughout the shift
• Comfortable using equipment and tools such as a hand cart, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys, and similar restaurant tools
• Availability to work shifts based on business requirements

Compensation

The pay range is $15.00 per hour, or the local minimum wage if higher, up to $17.00 per hour, plus tips.
