Role Overview
Eco Gabon is seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Transformation Manager to spearhead initiatives aimed at boosting organizational performance, refining business processes, and fostering sustainable growth. This position involves pinpointing improvement opportunities, leading cross-departmental transformation efforts, and deploying innovative solutions aligned with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Assess current business workflows to identify areas for improvement and suggest practical solutions.
- Formulate transformation strategies, design execution plans, and develop frameworks to measure performance.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure transformation projects support organizational goals.
- Lead process reengineering, workflow improvements, and initiatives for ongoing enhancement.
- Facilitate change management by engaging stakeholders and communicating effectively.
- Track project progress, evaluate results, and confirm that objectives are met.
- Analyze business data to inform strategic decisions and improve performance.
- Recognize operational risks, design mitigation plans, and support governance processes.
- Prepare comprehensive business cases, documentation, presentations, and reports for executives.
- Coordinate across technology, finance, operations, and business departments to ensure project success.
- Set performance metrics and monitor key indicators to assess transformation success.
- Encourage a culture centered around innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Support the integration of new business processes, advanced technologies, and capability enhancements.
- Remain updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business transformation and organizational development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in areas such as Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
- Deep understanding of methodologies for business process improvement, organizational change, and operational excellence.
- Familiarity with project management, business analysis, and strategic planning concepts.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks and stakeholder engagement methods.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and presentation software, including Microsoft Office.
- Capability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent skills in communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal interactions.
- Well-developed organizational and planning skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating activities across various teams.
- Advantageous to have knowledge in process mapping, workflow analysis, and improvement tactics like Lean or Six Sigma.
- Understanding of enterprise systems, business intelligence tools, and digital transformation principles.
- Able to foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- High standards of professionalism, integrity, adaptability, and sound judgment in business matters.
