Become an integral part of a service that positively impacts people's lives daily by joining the team as a Business Support Officer at the Queensland Housing Service Centre in Cairns. This role involves delivering vital business, financial, human resource, and administrative assistance to ensure housing and homelessness services reach Queensland residents during their times of need.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and uphold efficient administrative systems covering asset management, facilities, finance, human resources, reporting, and general business processes.
- Respond promptly and accurately to information inquiries while ensuring adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and compliance audits.
- Offer expert advice and support to the Area Manager regarding the oversight of assets, facilities, financial matters, human resources, reporting, and related business systems.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members performing administrative duties as required.
- Engage and maintain productive relationships with colleagues, internal and external clients, and other stakeholders.
- Participate actively in the ongoing enhancement of administrative support services to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Promote and uphold workplace safety culture by integrating Workplace Health and Safety policies and practices consistently into daily operations.
