Key accountabilities

Candidate profile

• Background in business process management, operations consulting, or a comparable transformation-oriented position.
• Strong grasp of end-to-end process design, optimization, and enterprise operating models.
• Experience collaborating with business, IT, vendor, and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Good analytical ability to interpret data, spot trends, and support strategic decisions.
• Experience assisting with or leading technology-enabled process rollouts, including testing and deployment.
• Understanding of change management and continuous improvement approaches.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to juggle several priorities at once in a fast-moving and complex environment.
• Balanced strategic thinking, execution focus, and problem-solving ability.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or similarly large organizations is considered an advantage.
