Role overview
This contract Operations Specialist role is a remote position based in Canada. The work involves part-time to full-time availability, ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, with compensation set between $20 and $45 per hour.
What you’ll do
- Review genuine workplace communications such as Slack conversations, email exchanges, and internal documents to pull out the important facts and context.
- Spot decisions, action items, dependencies, blockers, and open questions hidden inside messy business discussions.
- Turn complex information from multiple sources into realistic, multi-step evaluation tasks for advanced AI agents in the Jarvis reinforcement learning environment.
- Create well-defined prompts and dependable scoring rubrics based on real startup operations and day-to-day workplace situations.
- Separate useful details from noise while tracking information across different channels and time periods.
- Work through incomplete or unclear information using a structured, systematic method to keep tasks realistic and accurate.
