Business Operations Manager - Remote Contractor for AI Evaluation

Overview

This role entails serving as an AI Analyst specifically assisting US-based small business owners through a remote contracting position lasting approximately 20 weeks, compensated at $46 per hour. The primary focus involves evaluating AI-generated responses across business contexts using connected Google Workspace tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze AI outputs for correctness, relevance, and detailed personalization using Google Workspace data.
• Detect omitted context, inaccuracies, or irrelevant content within the AI-generated responses.
• Provide clear, structured feedback and submit detailed evaluation results aligned with project criteria.
• Adhere strictly to project quality standards and guidelines for evaluations.
• Safeguard confidentiality and uphold data privacy when managing sensitive business information.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least two years experience owning or managing a small business with a workforce exceeding 10 employees in the United States.
• Proficient and frequent user of Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Chat, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet, especially active in Chat, Drive, and Calendar.
• Strong analytical capabilities coupled with critical thinking and clear written communication skills.
• Experienced and comfortable performing AI evaluation tasks according to detailed guidance.
• Ability and willingness to grant necessary Google Workspace permissions and commit to 40 hours per week with at least four overlapping hours in Pacific Standard Time.
