Role Overview
We seek a motivated and business-savvy Business Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This strategic role goes beyond typical operations functions, involving direct collaboration with senior management to foster business expansion, oversee day-to-day activities, lead the business development team, and contribute to scaling the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations maintaining smooth workflow.
- Track company performance metrics and ensure alignment with strategic goals and KPIs.
- Enhance business processes and operational efficiencies.
- Generate business reports, financial forecasts, and management dashboards.
- Cooperate with departments including sales, marketing, operations, finance, and external vendors.
- Recruit, train, and manage Business Development Executives.
- Define sales targets and set performance objectives for the team.
- Monitor sales pipeline, evaluate opportunities, and forecast revenue.
- Mentor the business development team to meet growth targets.
- Engage in strategic client meetings and key account management.
- Drive initiatives for customer acquisition and revenue increases.
- Manage CRM oversight and ensure accurate sales reporting.
- Ensure timely drafting of quotations, proposals, and contractual documents.
- Streamline customer onboarding and enhance service delivery processes.
- Coordinate with software vendors and external partners.
- Establish scalable operational systems to support business growth.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or similar field.
- 4 to 8 years experience in business management, operations, sales leadership, or commercial roles.
- Proven ability to manage teams and operational performance.
- Track record of success in sales, business growth, or revenue enhancement.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, sales processes, and KPI tracking.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, software, engineering or construction sectors preferred.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive in approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Composed, dependable, and trustworthy nature.
- Capable of performing under strict deadlines.
- Proficient with AI productivity tools.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Must have prior UAE work experience.
