Role Overview
The Business Operations Associate will help keep R Win Foundation’s everyday operations running smoothly across its education, health, and environmental programs. This part-time remote position focuses on coordinating workflows, monitoring project milestones, maintaining organized records, supporting data gathering and reporting, and helping improve internal operating processes.
Key Contributions
- Coordinate routine operational activities and help ensure tasks move forward on schedule.
- Track project status and support follow-up on pending items across programs.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with collecting, organizing, and reporting data.
- Support budgeting activities and help with resource planning and allocation.
- Work with teams from different functions to keep information flowing clearly.
- Respond to questions from stakeholders and share timely updates with program leads and management.
- Help identify ways to improve internal processes and strengthen operational efficiency.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate can work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and contribute effectively in a mission-driven organization focused on social impact.

- Experience in business operations, including process coordination, task monitoring, and basic project assistance.
