About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Operations Analyst with expertise in Google Workspace to join our team on a contract basis. This remote position involves analyzing and optimizing operational workflows, collaborating with client teams, and providing critical feedback for AI training projects. The role requires a strong understanding of Google Workspace tools, excellent communication, and analytical skills to drive efficiency and ensure data accuracy.
Role Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize operational workflows leveraging Google Workspace tools to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the customer's team to identify process improvements and enhance collaboration within Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Provide detailed feedback and structured input to support AI training projects, ensuring high-quality data and real-world relevance.
- Document procedures and best practices, maintaining clear and concise communication across all operational initiatives.
- Conduct audits of data and workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
- Support ongoing operations and troubleshoot issues related to Google Workspace tools.
Requirements
- A minimum of experience in operations, process improvement, or related roles.
- Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace tools, especially Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity.
- Ability to analyze complex workflows and develop actionable recommendations.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, able to juggle multiple priorities in a remote setting.
