Role Summary
As a Business Operations Analyst, you will support the systems, workflows, and data that keep the organization running efficiently. Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to improve processes, maintain core business applications, and provide the information teams need to perform well.
This role is well suited to someone who likes solving operational problems through technology, process design, and data analysis. A curiosity about automation and AI, along with a desire to help teams work more intelligently and scale efficiently, will be valuable in this position.
Business Operations & Systems Support
- Work with teams across the business to streamline processes and increase operational effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing administration and improvements for key systems such as CRM, ERP, marketing automation, and internal tools.
- Diagnose system problems, manage requests for enhancements, and suggest process changes that improve the employee experience.
- Assist in assessing and rolling out new tools and workflows as the organization expands.
- Use AI-enabled tools to improve documentation, reporting, automation, and day-to-day efficiency.
Reporting & Data Management
- Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership.
- Support accurate, well-organized, and useful business data through ongoing data-quality efforts.
- Prepare routine and one-off reports that help with planning and decision-making.
Business Systems & Integrations
- Support the company’s CRM, ERP, marketing automation platform, and related business applications.
- Help maintain integrations between systems so data moves reliably and operations remain efficient.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and identify automation opportunities.
Employee Enablement
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding by ensuring proper access to systems and required documentation.
- Keep internal documentation, process instructions, and knowledge resources current.
- Provide training and day-to-day support so employees can use business applications effectively.
Who You Are
You bring at least 3 years of experience in business systems, revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations, ideally within a SaaS or technology company. Experience with Salesforce is important, and administrator-level exposure is helpful even though this is not a pure admin role. Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot and NetSuite is also valuable.
Exposure to integration or automation tools such as Celigo, Zapier, or Informatica is a plus. You should be comfortable analyzing problems, spotting ways to improve processes, and working across functions to turn business needs into practical solutions. Strong organization, the ability to juggle competing priorities, and a proactive mindset are essential.
