Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing materials and ensure their timely distribution to regional commercial teams.
- Cultivate and manage supplier relationships, closely monitor market trends, and coordinate shipments to guarantee competitive pricing, stable supply, and adherence to product specifications, thereby supporting sales objectives and customer needs.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all company product trades and actively contribute to business development initiatives.
- Provide regular updates on market insights and submit comprehensive reports.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across various internal departments.
- Proactively manage and prioritize tasks to achieve business objectives efficiently.
- Conduct thorough market research and prepare detailed reports.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Diploma in Business or Marketing.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience; however, recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
