We are seeking a motivated Business Executive for our Singapore office to join our #GOGLOBAL initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing materials and ensure their timely distribution to regional commercial teams.
• Cultivate and manage supplier relationships, closely monitor market trends, and coordinate shipments to guarantee competitive pricing, stable supply, and adherence to product specifications, thereby supporting sales objectives and customer needs.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all company product trades and actively contribute to business development initiatives.
• Provide regular updates on market insights and submit comprehensive reports.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration across various internal departments.
• Proactively manage and prioritize tasks to achieve business objectives efficiently.
• Conduct thorough market research and prepare detailed reports.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Diploma in Business or Marketing.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience; however, recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• A self-driven, organized, and team-oriented individual.
• A hands-on approach with meticulous attention to detail, capable of working independently.
• A results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
