About the role
Nexstar is seeking driven and ambitious Business Development & Sales Agents in Dubai to support the growth of its international trading operations. This opportunity is commission-based and designed for people who are confident in sales, relationship building, networking, and closing deals.

What you will do
- Identify importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and bulk purchasers
- Bring in new business through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, calls, networking, and in-person meetings
- Set up and attend business meetings across Dubai whenever needed
- Visit free zones, trading firms, wholesale markets, and potential clients
- Create and maintain strong long-term relationships with buyers and partners
- Support deal negotiation and help move transactions to closure
- Explore and develop new customer bases in local and international markets
Requirements
- Being based in Dubai is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Background in sales, business development, trading, import-export, mobile phones, commodities, or garments is an added advantage
- Self-driven, proactive, and focused on achieving targets
- Comfortable with field visits and face-to-face client interactions
Compensation and working arrangement
This role is commission-only, with no fixed salary. Earnings are based on successful transactions brought in through your efforts. Commission is released after the company has received full payment from the buyer and the deal has been completed successfully.
The position can be pursued full-time or part-time, and working hours are flexible.
