Role Overview
This position offers a starting package of $80k base salary with $137.6k OTE, and 140%+ attainment is considered achievable.
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will partner with the ANZ sales team to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads and sales opportunities, helping drive the company’s broader mission to reshape workforce management.
The role can be performed from anywhere in Australia.
What You Will Do
Create new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-up on leads.
Work toward and exceed sales targets that support business growth.
Identify the right decision-makers in target accounts and qualify their fit for the sales process.
Work closely with Account Executives to hand over strong prospects for further progression and closure.
Use discovery conversations to understand customer needs and requirements.
Research accounts, uncover key stakeholders, and build interest in the offering.
Maintain and expand the prospect database within your assigned segment.
Support engaging online demonstrations for prospects when required.
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of successful high-volume outbound B2B sales experience.
Hands-on experience with Sales LinkedIn Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.
A history of consistently exceeding targets.
Confidence on the phone and the resilience to spend long hours making calls.
Strong spoken and written communication ability.
Good listening and presentation skills.
The ability to juggle tasks, prioritize work, and manage time well.
