Role overview

In this role, you’ll combine creative thinking with data-based insights to identify prospects and align solutions to their needs.

Work location

This position is based in Field, Ireland (6210).

What you’ll do

  • Find and build new sales opportunities using both inbound and outbound leads.
  • Meet the monthly target for qualified opportunities handed over and closed.
  • Create and carry out outbound lead-generation approaches.
  • Deliver strong performance against core KPIs, including activity volume, lead creation, conversion, sales closure, and customer experience results.
  • Run marketing campaigns aimed at increasing new user acquisition and improving conversion rates, while contacting prospects and customers by phone and online chat to qualify leads and drive sales.
  • Gather, review, and report performance, campaign, and operational data.
  • Work closely with teammates and managers to refine strategies, strengthen execution, and improve team results.
  • Deliver excellent experiences for prospects and customers while building skills for long-term career growth.
