Role Overview

Vanta is expanding its Sales Development team and is seeking motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to own the outbound sales processes. These individuals will play a key role in developing the sales pipeline as Vanta moves to engage larger market accounts and differentiates itself among increasing competition.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of Vanta's products and value propositions.
• Identify and prioritize strategic accounts using tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6Sense.
• Implement and manage multi-channel prospecting strategies, including crafting and optimizing outreach sequences.
• Schedule meetings for account executives and maintain detailed activity logs.
• Address and overcome objections tactfully while demonstrating strong interpersonal and technical communication skills.

Success Factors

• Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales roles focused on pipeline generation.
• Capability to support and manage existing outbound sales initiatives.
• Proactive and self-directed approach to developing scalable processes and procedures.
• High empathy when engaging with potential clients, representing Vanta's brand positively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to contribute meaningfully in a startup environment.
• Availability to work onsite in Dublin for approximately three days per week as part of a hybrid model.
• Possession of a college degree is required.
