Role Overview

Doctify is hiring an ambitious Business Development Manager to join its commercial team and contribute directly to new customer growth. This role is highly active and fast-moving, with a strong emphasis on transactional sales and high-volume outreach to healthcare professionals across multiple verticals.

The position requires comfort with managing a large pipeline of leads, maintaining frequent contact, and working toward challenging revenue and activity goals.

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue, strengthen engagement, and win new customers through consistent high-volume outreach.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification through to closing deals, while keeping the pipeline healthy and active.
  • Meet and exceed daily activity expectations and monthly revenue targets with support from the manager and wider team.
  • Deliver efficient product demos and presentations, adapting the message to suit each customer’s needs.
  • Develop strong product expertise and represent Doctify confidently as a knowledgeable voice in the HealthTech space.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and has at least 3 years of sales experience. Prior exposure to high-volume B2B, SaaS, or healthcare settings is preferred but not mandatory.

You should be comfortable with outbound calling and confident selling both face to face and virtually. The role suits someone with strong resilience, persistence, and the ability to adapt quickly in a busy environment.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English.
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in high-volume B2B, SaaS, or healthcare environments is helpful but not essential.
  • Comfort with outbound calls and both in-person and virtual selling.
  • Strong resilience, persistence, and the ability to recover quickly from rejection.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent change.
  • Alignment with Doctify’s mission and interest in improving healthcare through technology.
