Role Overview
The Business Development Manager position is a key member of Group-IB’s European Sales Team, concentrating on the UK market to identify and cultivate new business opportunities and advocate for Group-IB’s cybersecurity products throughout the United Kingdom. This role reports directly to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client accounts in the UK while actively pursuing new sales prospects.
- Support and expand a suitable IT channel partner ecosystem aligned with Group-IB’s goals.
- Launch targeted campaigns using follow-up and cold outreach via calls and emails to uncover new sales leads.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Partner Channel, and Marketing teams to handle lead management efficiently.
- Develop commercial operations within the assigned territory under supervisory guidance and provide accurate forecasts.
- Engage and persuade prospective customers about Group-IB’s products and solutions.
- Maintain and regularly update client information within the CRM system conscientiously.
Candidate Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling cybersecurity or fraud protection solutions.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity vendors or system integrators is advantageous.
- A proactive, results-oriented attitude focused on advancing a career in cybersecurity sales.
- A client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of indirect sales channel dynamics.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation capabilities.
- Strong enthusiasm for cybersecurity and advanced technology sectors.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
