Responsibilities
- Cultivate and expand relationships with prospective clients and partners interested in multi-asset trading products like Gold, Oil, FX, and Cryptocurrencies.
- Support Introducing Brokers (IBs) in enhancing their client base, deposits, and overall revenue.
- Identify and engage with established Money Managers and IBs within the MENA region.
- Develop a robust client portfolio through organic relationship building, targeting IBs from diverse industries.
- Assess client trading requirements and present tailored service proposals.
- Facilitate the cross-selling of retail clients who meet IB criteria, guiding them through their business growth journey.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market news and trends across FX, Commodities, Stocks, and Indices.
- Provide expert advice on trading strategies, options, and risk management.
- Educate clients on industry terminology and trading practices.
- Represent the company at industry and internal events to identify potential clients as guided by management.
- Meet and exceed established sales targets.
- Proactively engage with potential and existing customers to understand and address their needs.
- Craft compelling sales presentations and proposals detailing service specifications.
- Utilize CRM systems to meticulously track customer interactions and maintain records.
- Manage and follow up on client funding, trading volume, and new account activations.
Academic Qualification Requirement
- Bachelor of Science degree in any field.
- A minimum of 4 years of comprehensive experience in sales within the Forex, Banking, or Stock and Commodities Brokerage sectors.
Professional Key Knowledge Area Requirement
- In-depth understanding of financial markets, including FX, Stocks, and Commodities.
- Proficiency in technical and fundamental analysis.
