About the Role and Company

Buzzworks Business Services Pvt. Ltd. is a provider of human resource and business solutions with operations across India, the Middle East, and Europe. Since its establishment in 2000, Buzzworks has been assisting organizations in recruiting and managing blue-, white-, and grey-collar workers through services including recruitment, payroll, staffing, and technology solutions. The company serves over 450 clients and employs more than 250 consultants across India and internationally. Their technology offerings include the Flexydial automated call center platform.

This position is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on expanding Buzzworks’ footprint in staffing and recruitment services in the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the staffing and recruitment sector.
  • Build and sustain relationships with corporate clients to promote Buzzworks’ recruitment, payroll, staffing, and telesales technology solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, including preparing and delivering presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee smooth onboarding processes for new accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, HR, and technology teams to customize solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors to inform strategies.
  • Regularly report on business development activities and performance metrics.
  • Willingness to travel within the Gulf region for business needs.

Requirements

  • Candidates must currently reside in India.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines; an MBA is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of business development experience in staffing or recruitment, with 5-10 years preferred.
  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to maintain client relationships within the industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) visa procedures, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • A valid or expired Saudi driving license is an advantage.
