Business Development Manager (Facility Management)

Role Overview

Urban Ridge Supplies is looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager with deep exposure to Facility Management. This position is focused on increasing revenue, growing the customer base, and building long-term commercial partnerships through tailored integrated facility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Spot and pursue new business prospects within the facility management market.
• Convert leads and enquiries into enduring client relationships.
• Draft, prepare, and submit strong proposals and tender responses for RFPs/RFQs.
• Design tailored Integrated Facility Management (IFM) offerings to match client needs.
• Carry out site assessments and prepare cost estimates.
• Lead commercial negotiations and secure large-value contracts.
• Develop and sustain trusted relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
• Meet assigned targets for revenue and profitability.
• Keep the sales pipeline updated with accurate forecasting and progress reports.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of professional experience in business development or sales.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the Facility Management industry.
• Solid understanding of hard FM services such as MEP, HVAC, electrical systems, and fire protection.
• Knowledge of soft FM services including cleaning, security, landscaping, and pest management.
• Practical experience in tender preparation, costing, and SLA-driven contracts.
• Strong ability to negotiate and deliver effective presentations.
• Sound financial understanding, including cost analysis, margin review, and P&L basics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

Additional Information

The role is based in Doha, Qatar, and is intended for a full-time, onsite working arrangement.
