About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead a team of advisors, drive business growth through proactive team management, and provide ongoing training and motivation to achieve sales targets. This is an in-house position with direct company payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and build a capable team of advisors.
- Generate business opportunities through effective team leadership.
- Motivate and guide the team to consistently meet and surpass targets.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and productivity.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance-related sales.
- Graduation is required.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Must be a local candidate.
- Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory.
