Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business avenues within hospitality, residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use industries.
• Develop and sustain strong connections with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, contractors, and clients.
• Advance the market presence of PRECIOSA Lighting’s bespoke decorative lighting solutions.
• Manage project lifecycles from initial concept and design phases through tendering, award, supply, installation, and completion.
• Collaborate closely with international design, engineering, and project teams to ensure delivery of exceptional client solutions.
• Represent the company at client meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and relevant industry events.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives while delivering outstanding customer service.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in business development or sales, preferably within decorative lighting, architecture, interior design, construction, or luxury product domains.
• Possession of a well-established network within the Saudi architecture, design, or construction sectors is highly advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, and relationship management.
• A self-driven, proactive individual with a commercial mindset and keen organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and effective multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP Sales Cloud is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
• Open to traveling across Saudi Arabia as required by the role.
