• Driving business growth and managing accounts across Wholesale, Inbound, Retail Travel Agent, Corporate, and MICE sectors.
• Creating actionable work plans designed to achieve set targets.
• Negotiating rates, terms, and conditions with clients.
• Collaborating with departmental teams to maintain straightforward, efficient systems for managing sales and implementing new business.
