Overview

McKay is looking for a highly organised, proactive, and relationship-oriented professional to assist Regional Managers in uncovering new business prospects, crafting capability statements and proposals, facilitating client introductions, managing CRM systems, and fostering enduring client relationships beyond initial engagements.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a structured Client Relationship Management (CRM) program.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to cultivate and sustain robust client connections.
  • Coordinate strategic relationship plans for key clients and lead periodic satisfaction reviews.
  • Partner with teams to formulate and execute customized business development strategies balancing current revenue and future pipeline growth.
  • Produce persuasive capability statements, case studies, and thought leadership materials.
  • Conduct market research to provide insights, benchmarking, and trend analysis such as Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) metrics.
  • Identify and suggest opportunities to bolster forward-looking business pipelines.
  • Act as the primary HubSpot CRM expert, promoting adoption and best practices throughout the business.
  • Deliver CRM training and ongoing support to staff, pursuing continuous system improvements and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Monitor and report on client health, sales pipeline robustness, and business development outcomes, offering actionable insights to leadership and business units.

Candidate Profile

  • Enjoy partnering with operational teams to support their success in a collaborative, coaching-oriented capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management or a similar domain.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influence skills across multiple teams or units.
  • Competent with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot highly advantageous.
  • Data-driven mindset for decision-making and performance reporting.
  • Curious nature with strong research capabilities.
