About the role
In this internship, you will work closely with the Business Development and Account Executive teams to help win new customers, support client and user onboarding, and contribute to relationship management across the customer lifecycle.
Uber for Business is designed to help organizations streamline business travel, meal allowances, and employee transportation by centralizing mobility and delivery management on Uber’s platform.
The position gives practical exposure to the entire sales process and is intended to build a solid base for a career in sales, business development, or account management.
Key responsibilities
- Research and qualify potential leads and fresh business opportunities.
- Help create customer-facing presentations, dashboard walkthroughs, and sales proposals.
- Coordinate outbound campaigns, prospecting efforts, and event-related activities, while keeping progress on track.
- Keep CRM records current and accurate with the latest sales and customer information.
- Work alongside Account Executives and Implementation Leads to support onboarding and a seamless handoff from sales to implementation.
- Arrange meetings, product demos, and follow-ups for the sales team.
Eligibility and qualifications
- You should currently be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
- You must be able to begin on September 7 and commit full-time for 6 months.
- Valid authorization to work in the country of employment is required, as internship visa sponsorship is not provided.
- You need native-level German and professional-level English.
- You should be nearing graduation and willing to join full-time later if an opportunity is offered.
- Strong written and spoken communication, good collaboration across stakeholders, strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle several priorities independently are important.
- Comfort with data analysis using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL is preferred.
