Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is for a Business Development Executive in central London with a premium non-alcoholic drinks brand. The business is growing quickly, already active in 15 countries, and is continuing to enter new international markets. The team is highly ambitious and focused on delivering strong products in the low- and no-alcohol category.
What you will do
- Reach out to prospects through proactive outbound calls and identify fresh business opportunities.
- Handle the complete sales journey, from first contact through to final conversion.
- Keep a strong and active sales pipeline moving forward.
- Make a high volume of customer calls each day.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and existing customers to convert interest into sales.
- Work alongside marketing and operations teams to understand the market and spot opportunities.
- Meet and outperform individual sales and revenue goals.
Who this role suits
This role is ideal for someone who is eager, resilient, and motivated by targets. You may be at the start of your sales career or have around 1 to 2 years of experience. Success in this role depends more on attitude, perseverance, and ownership than on extensive experience.
Requirements and qualities
- Comfortable spending a large part of the day on the phone speaking with customers.
- Confident communicator who can build rapport and ask effective questions.
- Driven by results, highly motivated, and keen to win new business.
- Persistent and resilient when handling rejection or pressure.
- Open to learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a good work ethic.
- Extra language abilities would be an advantage.
Work setup
This is an office-based position in central London. It is not a field-based sales role.
Compensation and growth
The role offers a base salary of £30,000 plus uncapped commission, creating strong earning potential in a commission-led environment. You will also receive structured training, coaching, and support for career development from experienced team leaders. The position provides exposure to an international business operating across 15 global markets.
