Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and achievement-oriented Business Development & Sales Coordinator to enhance our team in Doha. This role focuses on uncovering new business prospects, fostering client relationships, presenting our products, and accelerating sales expansion for Lawmax.
Core Responsibilities
- Spot and cultivate new business leads among law firms, banks, and corporate entities.
- Arrange and lead meetings and product demos with potential clients.
- Develop and sustain strong connections with new and existing clients.
- Create proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations tailored to clients.
- Monitor prospects actively through the sales pipeline and finalize deals successfully.
- Collaborate with management teams to ensure efficient project handover after sales closure.
- Keep detailed client records and track sales activities via CRM software tools.
- Meet or exceed established monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Serve as a professional company representative at meetings, networking functions, and trade shows.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- 3 to 5 years of business development or B2B sales experience, ideally within the Qatar market.
- Background in software, SaaS, or technology-related sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Fluent proficiency in Arabic and English both spoken and written.
- Possession of a valid Qatari driving license, with preference for candidates owning a private vehicle.
- Highly driven, well-organized, and focused on achieving targets.
