Role overview

Local Honey Man is hiring a seasoned Commercial Growth & Systems Coordinator for a fully remote role based in Pakistan. This position is intended for a highly organized, fast-moving generalist who can support multiple business functions across an international e-commerce and B2B environment. There are no direct reports in this role; instead, you will help strengthen operations by improving processes, maintaining accuracy, supporting customer communication, keeping marketing activity on track, and assisting the B2B sales pipeline.

What the role covers

The job sits across four major areas and requires strong execution, attention to detail, and the ability to switch between tasks efficiently.

  • Systems and administration: Handle weekly financial reconciliations, manage tracking schedules, and keep CRM records clean and organized.
  • Customer service: Monitor incoming emails and maintain a response standard of 95% or higher for service-level timelines.
  • Marketing support: Coordinate with senior leadership to format, schedule, and distribute media and digital content assets.
  • B2B lead generation: Use AI and CRM platforms such as Apollo, HubSpot, and ClickUp to identify wholesale prospects and help build pipelines for executive sales and government-related projects.

Candidate profile

The employer is looking for someone with 3 to 5+ years of solid experience in remote roles, ideally supporting fast-paced UK or US corporate operations. Strong written and spoken business English is essential, along with a professional communication style that fits Western corporate standards. The ideal person is proactive, solutions-focused, comfortable working at pace, and willing to handle several responsibilities at once.

Compensation and benefits

The monthly base pay starts at PKR 100,000 and can go up to PKR 140,000 depending on proven experience. In addition, the role includes a PKR 20,000 monthly KPI bonus for strong digital management across departments. There is also uncapped commission potential, including cash rewards of £50 to £150 for winning enterprise contracts and a 2% gross profit override on closed B2B deals that you initiate. Extra milestone-based bonuses are also available when company turnover targets are achieved, with rewards in the range of PKR 25,000 to PKR 30,000. Additional perks include an annual birthday bonus, signing bonuses for fast starters, and sponsored quarterly team lunches.
