Role overview
This contract opportunity is for an Executive, Business Development based in Dubai, UAE. The assignment runs for an initial period of 12 months and may be renewed. The position is part of the Business Development, RDM & Marketing function and reports to the Director of Business Development.
The role is focused on supporting the growth of residential leasing operations through corporate client engagement, market analysis, and ongoing improvements to business processes. The ideal professional will bring hands-on experience in residential leasing, corporate account management, and business development within real estate or property management, along with a solid understanding of leasing workflows and stakeholder coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Spot new business opportunities by researching the market and helping shape plans that grow the corporate client portfolio and boost leasing income.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of corporate clients through referrals, networking, and active market outreach.
- Assist in developing customized proposals and presentations that align with business goals.
- Compile and share insights on market movements, competitor activity, and commercial opportunities with senior leadership.
- Manage corporate client relationships by ensuring clear communication, reliable service delivery, and timely resolution of concerns.
- Oversee the classification of corporate clients into A, B, and C groups and support periodic review and reporting.
- Join high-level meetings with key corporate clients, working closely with internal teams to support satisfaction and growth.
- Manage leasing allocation for corporate clients and help ensure available inventory is used efficiently.
- Contribute to process improvement across Business Development, Leasing, Property Management, and Rental Dispute Management teams.
- Support improvements to internal workflows, policies, and automation efforts that increase operational efficiency.
- Coordinate Value Added Services activities, including budgeting, vendor assessment, contract renewals, and service monitoring.
- Prepare reporting outputs such as monthly business development reports, corporate client performance updates, and leasing performance analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in residential leasing and corporate client management within real estate or property management.
- Strong knowledge of leasing operations, corporate tenancy structures, and real estate market behavior.
- Working understanding of RERA regulations and corporate leasing guidelines.
- Proven capability in business development, networking, and relationship building.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Confident communication and presentation skills at an advanced level.
- Strong customer service mindset and commercial awareness.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-moving, target-oriented environment.
- Must be able to work in the United Arab Emirates.
