About the Opportunity

Paperplanes is hiring for Royal Gold Algo, a growing technology and academy services company headquartered in Kochi. The company is seeking a driven Business Development Executive who can help expand sales for its software offerings and academy-related services.

What You’ll Do

  • Find and develop new business leads for the company’s software products and academy services.
  • Contact prospective customers through phone calls, email outreach, and face-to-face discussions.
  • Assess client requirements and recommend the most suitable solution.
  • Work toward assigned sales goals and aim to surpass them.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and keep them engaged.
  • Follow up promptly to keep the sales process moving smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and progress updates.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver a good customer experience.

Work Location and Commitment
