Job description
Role Overview
We are urgently seeking Field Work Executives to represent PhonePe in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This position involves engaging with local shops to promote and sell PhonePe QR Codes and Soundboxes.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit approximately 14 to 15 shops daily to demonstrate and sell PhonePe digital payment solutions.
- Ensure daily attendance by meeting the shop visitation target.
- Conduct visits with a non-aggressive approach, as shopkeepers are generally familiar with PhonePe.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Possession of Aadhaar card, PAN card, 12th-grade mark sheet, and bank passbook is mandatory.
- Owning a bike is preferred for traveling between shops.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹21,000 to ₹29,000.
- Additional ₹3,000 per month as petrol allowance.
- Provident Fund (PF) and Employees State Insurance (ESI) benefits are included.
