About the Organization

STEM Learning Private Limited is a social enterprise focused on reshaping education by building strong interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics among children. Founded in 2011, the organization works with learners in both rural and urban parts of India and aims to strengthen the STEM learning base through meaningful education initiatives.

As part of its CSR-driven work, the organization partners with 250+ corporates, 50 NGOs, and 30 private schools to support long-term improvements in education. Its goal is to provide government schools with high-quality STEM resources and help create a stronger pipeline of innovation and learning for students across the country.

Role Overview

This position is for a Corporate Partnership Executive based in Tirupathi. The role involves developing and managing corporate and government relationships, identifying funding opportunities, and helping expand the organization’s partnership network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain productive relationships with corporate and government stakeholders to advance organizational goals.
  • Create tailored proposals and deliver convincing presentations to prospective partners.
  • Track donor and funding platforms to identify fresh opportunities for support.
  • Keep an organized and up-to-date database of local and national donor organizations.
  • Work on strengthening ties with current partners while also identifying and pursuing new prospects.
  • Carry out field visits within or beyond the district to meet stakeholders and build stronger connections.
  • Set revenue goals and prepare practical plans to help achieve them.

Candidate Profile

The organization is looking for candidates with a background in sales, partnership development, CSR fundraising, or similar relationship-driven roles. Applicants should be comfortable working in the field and engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.

Additional Requirements

  • An MBA, PGDM, or a graduate degree in Sales or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Candidates from BSW/MSW backgrounds with experience in CSR fundraising are also welcome.
  • Prior exposure to B2B sales, CSR fundraising, or institutional sales is preferred.
  • Strong corporate account management experience is expected.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are important.
  • Experience in government liaison work, fundraising, or the development sector will be beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel and do fieldwork for client engagement is essential.

Compensation

The salary is listed at INR 1,00,000 to INR 2,00,000 per year, with pay aligned to market standards.
