Role Overview
This position is for a Business Development Associate who will help expand the company’s client base, strengthen relationships, and support revenue growth through consultative selling and coordinated follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify fresh business opportunities and actively work toward expanding the company’s reach.
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships through consistent communication and timely follow-up.
- Study market movements, industry trends, and competitor activity to support sales strategy.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to prepare customized proposals and presentations.
- Handle negotiations and convert prospects into closed deals while meeting revenue goals.
- Monitor sales outcomes and share periodic performance updates with management.
- Represent the organization at networking events, exhibitions, and client-facing meetings.
Candidate Profile
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Applicants should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship roles; fresh graduates with strong potential may also be considered.
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and people skills are essential.
- The role calls for good analytical thinking and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently as well as with a team.
- Exposure to the design or creative sector will be considered an advantage.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM platforms is required.
