Job Overview

The company specializes in real estate marketing and offers comprehensive branding, web development, and performance marketing services. Their flagship product, Saledrive AI, is an advanced marketing platform tailored for real estate developers, integrating AI-driven lead management, optimized Meta and Google campaigns, CRM connectivity, geo-targeted advertising, and robust analytics to enhance lead quality and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business leads through diverse channels including networking, cold calling, referrals, and direct meetings.
- Present and promote DesignCentric's digital marketing offerings and the Saledrive AI platform to potential clients.
- Engage with real estate developers, corporate clients, and business owners to build relationships and generate opportunities.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and sales demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with internal marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and execution of projects.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, real estate, or IT sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in marketing is advantageous.
- Applicants must be based in Mumbai.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is ₹960,000 to ₹1,360,000.
