Business Analyst Track

This is a tiered role, and the level assigned to you will depend on your technical capabilities, professional background, and readiness to manage client relationships.

  • Associate (A2): Deliver dependable quality on standard assignments, work closely with senior team members, and approach complex situations with curiosity.
  • Analyst (A3): Create thoughtful solutions for complex problems, apply strong business judgment, build client relationships, and help develop junior analysts.
  • Senior (A4): Act as a subject matter expert, handle the most intricate challenges, define quality benchmarks, and maintain relationships at board level.

Work Scope

You should bring transferable skills or direct experience in at least two of the following areas, with opportunities to broaden your toolkit over time:

  • Financial modeling and analytics, including three-statement models, discounted cash flow valuation, forecasting, merger and acquisition analysis, and Monte Carlo simulations.
  • Go-to-market and revenue operations work such as sales process improvement, CRM setup, and growth planning.
  • Process design and automation, including workflow mapping and tools like Zapier or Make.
  • Data analysis and visualization using platforms such as Tableau and Power BI, with support for ML-based insights.
  • Market intelligence, including TAM/SAM/SOM sizing, competitive research, and industry narrative development.
  • Narrative and design work such as investor decks, executive presentations, and high-impact visual communication.
  • Business planning and growth, including corporate roadmaps, SWOT analysis, growth frameworks, and risk assessments.
  • Project management and delivery, including initiative planning, risk tracking, resource allocation, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Background with MBB firms, Big 4 firms, or other respected organizations is highly advantageous.
  • Genuine interest in data-led storytelling and familiarity with modern, AI-supported workflows.
  • Professional communication style with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • A schedule that allows consistent daily overlap with US business hours.
