About the Role
Our client, a distinguished Zoho Advanced Partner based in Toronto, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst and Project Manager to join their growing team. This company excels in delivering top-tier services through Zoho technologies, focusing on implementation, solution design, third-party integrations, and data migration to Zoho platforms. This is a full-time, onsite position reporting directly to the CTO within a collaborative team of 10 individuals. Occasional travel to client sites and industry events may be required. Applicants must possess legal eligibility to work in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and comprehend client business models and operational workflows.
- Elicit and document detailed customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Zoho experts to design effective Zoho solutions.
- Support the sales team in technical pre-sales activities, including system demonstrations and proposal creation.
- Define project scope, develop comprehensive project plans, and manage task backlogs.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
- Lead and guide development teams and system configurators.
- Produce essential project documentation.
- Conduct testing of delivered solutions to ensure quality and functionality.
- Develop training materials and deliver customer training sessions.
- Perform basic configuration and customization of Zoho systems.
Requirements
- A background in IT or software engineering is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis is essential.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management and development team leadership is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing and configuring business software is mandatory.
- Proven ability to engage with clients, conduct meetings, and lead workshops is a must.
- Excellent English communication and verbal skills are necessary.
- Experience in mapping and designing business processes is expected.
- A solid understanding of data modeling, including ERDs and other design tools, is beneficial.
- Familiarity with software configuration tools and development methodologies is advantageous.
- Knowledge of software design and integration patterns is a plus.
