Overview
Join Algoleap Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Business Analyst in Hyderabad. This role involves analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for enhancements, and driving implementations using Agile frameworks. You will be integral in cross-team collaboration and documentation to support smooth project execution.
Key Duties
- Evaluate business requirements to discover improvement opportunities and apply Agile practices for change management.
- Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to guarantee on-time and effective project outcomes.
- Create and update detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) for IT initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders in requirements elicitation sessions, interpreting their input into precise technical specifications.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 6 to 12 years of experience within Business Analysis or related areas.
- Thorough knowledge and practical use of Agile software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience interfacing within Scrum teams as a Business Analyst or equivalent.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
