Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join an innovation-focused team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The position centers on reviewing software applications to support AI-based test generation and manual learning input, with the goal of improving application validation and enabling well-structured knowledge transfer. You will work closely with the Learning Team and relevant stakeholders to capture requirements, map processes, and use structured knowledge design methods.

What you will do

• Study target applications to pinpoint the main workflows and scenarios that should feed manual learning input and AI-driven test creation.
• Gather, evaluate, and document requirements in coordination with stakeholders and subject matter experts to achieve broad test coverage.
• Convert detailed application knowledge into organized inputs for the Learning Team and define criteria for validating assets.
• Build standardized knowledge templates that make learning input easier to produce and reuse.
• Create strong validation models to assess and approve tested assets.
• Design business-logic complexity scoring approaches so AI generation work can be prioritized by value and technical practicality.
• Use advanced knowledge-structuring practices to present information in a format that AI systems can consume effectively.
• Serve as the connection point between business users, technical teams, and AI specialists to support smooth collaboration between people and AI.
• Discuss requirements and documentation clearly with Arabic-speaking stakeholders to ensure accuracy.

Required profile

• Applicants must already be in Saudi Arabia and hold a transferable Iqama.
• Background in Business Analysis with hands-on experience in eliciting and documenting requirements.
• Strong capability in process modeling, especially BPMN.
• Experience writing use cases and turning business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Good understanding of software systems and operational workflows.
• Ability to create validation frameworks and structured data templates.
• Comfort with knowledge-structuring methods for AI and human collaboration.
• Experience building business-logic complexity assessments and prioritization frameworks.
• Self-driven and also effective in multidisciplinary team settings.

Preferred background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field.
• Exposure to AI-driven test generation or machine learning projects is an advantage.
• Previous work with learning teams or knowledge management initiatives is preferred.
• Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or an equivalent credential is a plus.
