Role Overview

The Business Analyst will join the Product Design & Development team under the HR Product umbrella, reporting to the Product Lead. This team focuses on optimizing digital HR ecosystems by designing, building, and scaling AI-enhanced tools and automations that improve operational efficiency and decision-making. The role is pivotal in solving complex business challenges, driving strategic operational change, and elevating employee and internal stakeholder experiences through intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers to gather and translate business needs into AI-powered automation solutions.
  • Act as the main support contact for internal users by addressing queries, troubleshooting, and guiding stakeholders through processes and product functionalities.
  • Conduct user training sessions, author user guides and process maps, and assist in change management to facilitate adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with the product lead, end users, and technical teams to test and validate business requirements.
  • Lead training and change management initiatives to maximize tool usability and operational effectiveness.
  • Analyze operational feedback to identify enhancement opportunities recommending system, UI/UX, and workflow improvements.
  • Ensure a standardized, scalable, and user-friendly experience throughout the HR product ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in business analysis, HR systems, enterprise systems, or digital transformation areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions including Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Operations.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft 365 Suite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Slack, and Asana.
  • Exceptional communication skills for clear documentation, process mapping, and training creation.
  • Experience gathering requirements, drafting user stories, documenting business workflows, and supporting cross-functional technical initiatives.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to build rapport across stakeholder levels, empathizing with user needs to enhance experiences.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $64,800 to $97,200 annually, applicable for locations including New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other areas. Actual starting pay will depend on factors such as geographic location, market demand, prior experience, training, and education. Benefits offered include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability coverage, tuition assistance, and paid time off, or as stipulated by any applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
