Role overview

The company is hiring a Business Analyst for its Jeddah, Saudi Arabia office. This position requires 3 to 5 years of experience and involves translating business needs into workable technical solutions, supporting delivery teams, and improving processes through structured analysis and planning.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on how business requirements can be turned into practical functional solutions and recommend process improvements when better efficiency is possible.
• Plan and build scalable Zoho-based implementations with API integrations, HTML, CSS, and Deluge.
• Work with API frameworks, microservices, and SDKs in depth.
• Contribute in Agile and DevOps environments, including change control and release handling.
• Map workflows, create diagrams, study system capability, and prepare technical specifications after detailed research into customer needs.
• Maintain a solid understanding of web technologies and widely used open-source platforms.
• Support the Project Manager and delivery team in delivering customer solutions.
• Set project milestones, phases, and other key elements with the principal consultant.
• Challenge delivery assumptions and help teams strengthen execution plans.
• Help ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality work on schedule.
• Take part in project-level analysis and produce documents such as business requirements, system requirements, scope matrices, use cases, sequence diagrams, future-state proposals, and UAT plans.
• Contribute to project management process design and continuous improvement within an Agile technology delivery environment.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Solutions Consultant or Developer involved in designing and launching high-quality software projects.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems across multiple domains is preferred.
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle, converting customer scope into product requirements, and helping prioritize work.
• Excellent problem-solving ability along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced skills in motivation, negotiation, and analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global environment.
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities at the same time.
• Industry experience in automobiles, telecom, retail, BFSI, aviation, healthcare and pharma, or manufacturing is an added advantage.
