Role overview
We are seeking an entry-level Business Analyst to support improvements across the business through data review, process assessment, and close coordination with stakeholders. This role is well suited to someone starting out in business analysis and project delivery who is eager to learn and contribute in a hands-on environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, interpret, and record business needs and expectations from relevant stakeholders.
- Review current workflows and help identify areas where processes can be streamlined or improved.
- Work with data and turn findings into reports that support informed decision-making.
- Prepare and keep up-to-date business documents, process maps, and requirement documents.
- Partner with teams across functions to assist with project rollout and implementation.
- Take part in user acceptance testing and confirm that business solutions meet requirements.
- Track project status and share progress updates with stakeholders.
- Communicate insights, conclusions, and recommendations in a professional and clear way.
Requirements
- Strong ability to analyze information, think critically, and solve problems effectively.
- Understanding of business operations and day-to-day process flows.
- Comfort using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and similar business applications.
- Exposure to data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence tools is beneficial.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, along with strong people skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks carefully.
- A degree, diploma, or equivalent training in Business, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related area is preferred.
