Business Analyst (CSDM / CMDB)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in CSDM and CMDB work. The role supports service and configuration data modeling, requirement gathering, and stakeholder coordination across a USA-based setup.

Work Arrangement and Location

This position follows a hybrid working model, combining onsite and remote collaboration. The role is based in the United States, with location options in Philadelphia, Denver, and Virginia.

Experience and Background

Candidates should bring 5 to 8 years of experience. An engineering or graduate qualification with an IT background is expected. English communication skills at B2 level are required.

Core Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document requirements related to CMDB and CSDM.
• Help establish CI classes, relationship structures, and service models.
• Lead or participate in workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Prepare business requirement documents, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and adoption activities.

Required Expertise

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of the CSDM framework, an understanding of CMDB data models, and experience using process mapping tools. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential.

Preferred Knowledge

Exposure to ITIL concepts and ServiceNow is considered an added advantage.
