Role Overview
The Business Analyst for CRM / Salesforce will play a pivotal role in supporting CRM projects by assessing business needs, refining customer relationship processes, and enabling scalable Salesforce solutions. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to boost sales, service, and overall customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, interpret, and record business and functional requirements accurately.
- Work alongside business, sales, marketing, and IT teams to drive Salesforce project success.
- Examine CRM workflows and recommend strategic improvements.
- Create process documentation, along with reports and dashboard solutions.
- Assist in system and user acceptance testing phases and deployment activities.
- Deliver presentations on business insights and project progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a Business Analyst role with CRM or Salesforce engagements.
- Proven expertise in gathering requirements and producing functional specifications.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM technology and business process evaluation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of data tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project management techniques.
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps tools.
- Certifications like Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, CBAP, or Certified ScrumMaster preferred.

Compensation & Location
Annual salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000. This position requires onsite presence in the Greater Chicago Area.
