Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous Business Analyst to assess our existing business processes, uncover areas for enhancement, and facilitate informed decision-making through data insights. This role demands collaboration with various stakeholders to gather requirements and translate these into strategic actions.
Key Duties
- Assess business requirements and convert them into detailed, comprehensible specifications.
- Perform research, create process maps, and document workflows thoroughly.
- Detect gaps in systems or procedures and recommend effective improvement measures.
- Work jointly with cross-functional teams to aid in project delivery.
- Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored for management review.
- Review project results to ensure they meet the intended business objectives.
- Assist with data analysis activities and support decision-making using a variety of analytical tools.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- Between 2 and 4 years professional experience as a Business Analyst or an allied role.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
- Proficient in requirement elicitation and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis platforms such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong communication abilities and skill in managing stakeholder relationships.
- Adaptability to dynamic environments and capacity to multitask effectively.
Additional Preferred Expertise
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project methodologies.
- Knowledge of process enhancement techniques including Lean and Six Sigma.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Advanced skills in creating presentations and reporting.
