Business Analyst

About the Role

Shortcut seeks a skilled Business Analyst to join our Tirana office. As an integral part of our team, you will translate business needs into actionable insights, enabling more informed decision-making. This on-site position requires fluency in English and offers the chance to collaborate with international clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders to collect both functional and technical requirements through interviews and workshops.
• Model, assess, and enhance business workflows using diagramming tools such as Lucidchart or Microsoft Visio.
• Utilize SQL to query relational databases and build structured data sets.
• Create advanced formulas, macros, and financial models using Microsoft Excel.
• Develop informative dashboards in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI for business intelligence reporting.
• Work with ERP platforms to track financial and operational metrics (considered a plus).

Candidate Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of progressive experience as a business analyst.
• Outstanding command of English, both spoken and written.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical executives.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, including process improvement and root cause analysis.
• Strong negotiation skills to mediate between departments and support alignment on shared objectives.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (mandatory).

Working Hours

This position requires mandatory on-site attendance from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM without exceptions.
