Job description
About the Role
Element Materials Technology is seeking a qualified Driver holding a valid UAE 5 or 6 driving license to join their expanding team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal applicant would preferably have experience in construction material testing, either with a commercial testing laboratory or a contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and perform testing of soil, concrete, and aggregates.
- Help carry out density tests.
- Sample concrete for compression and flexural testing.
- Assist with and conduct slump testing of concrete.
- Possess knowledge of or perform asphalt testing (preferred).
- Transport and collect samples and reports between designated entities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in a comparable position.
- Strong communication skills with capability to collaborate effectively within teams and operate under pressure.
- Valid UAE driving license category 5 or 6.
- Thorough understanding of UAE road networks and routes.
- Proven safe driving record.
